One method is by preparing a set quote per job and once that price has been set and agreed on then that price will not change – no matter how long the job takes us or how much material is required. Alternatively our second method is by charging for the time spent working at your property, along with any necessary material costs. Our methods on how we can charge for your jobs will ensure that we will minimize maintenance costs on your investment!
Our fully stocked Service Vehicles are fully equipped with GPS Tracking Systems in each vehicle to enable our Management Team to monitor, organise and communicate directly with our service technicians, especially in the case of an emergency.
Because of this unparalleled experience we also work closely with Landlords, Owners corporations, attend strata and building committee meetings to present and explain to the owners what we will be doing.
